We research and develop an efficient delivery and viewing system for
"multi-view video contents for free-view video with wide-viewing-angle" including multi-view
video for 3D display. We consider a method to deliver multi-view video
contents efficiently on the line with feedback channels by coding appropriate
to resolution or delivery methods of that contents. Our final goal is the development
of a web version of the Peg-Scope Viewer (Web-PSV) to assist users in viewing wide-angle free-view video
contents easily. PSV is the name of our already proposed multi-view video viewing interface by target-centered.

We develop internet delivery methods and viewing interface for live-action
3D video/free-view video contents based on the coding method
by the hierarchical multi-view video streaming system. We create a
streaming service for free viewing of wide-viewing-angle video contents
by using the communication band efficiently.
